To support the fast and sustainable growth, PEER Asia Sales now invites high caliber personnel to take up the position of Territorial Sales Manager. The position will be located in Shanghai and report to the General Sales Manager. Job Summary Lead General Sales team to achieve the sales targets according to business plan, monitor and coach team member in the Sales daily operation as well as competency development. Key Responsibilities The incumbent will perform the following key responsibilities and other functions that may be assigned in the future. ? Plan and forecast business outcome according to pipeline and mapping information. ? Guide team to actively explore new customers and sales opportunities. ? Strengthen relationship with key customers through total customer account management. ? Navigate team to identify opportunities, promote and sell value added service and solutions to end customers or distributors in various industrial groups. ? Collects the frontier market intelligence proactively to monitor competitors and market development to determine business opportunities and to recommend new way of doing business. ? Solve key customer problems and react to customer complaints proactively and involve AE, Quality, and Operation teams when needed to come out a satisfactory result. ? Build good relationship with distributors and manage distributor’s performance according to PEER’s standard. ? Monitor General Sales team’s daily operation, make sure Sales revenue, AR, gross profit, inventory etc. can meet company’s requirement. ? Responsible for the development and competency management of General Sales Team members. Required Experience, Knowledge and Skills ? Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or related majors ? Have good sense of Sales and Marketing ? Efficient project and time management skills ? Proficient communication in both Chinese and English ? Excellent negotiation and bargaining ability ? Result oriented and able to face challenging situations ?
