Responsibilities: Sales growth and pricing activities of Fluid Power customers 1 Propose sales budget on yearly basis 2 Negociate and close sales by agreeing terms and conditions 3 Coordinating sales projects by handling RFQs in line with internal process and GGB Asia pricing strategy 4 Search for new clients who could benefit from our products and/or solution 5 Achieve the sales target of the assigned territory and customers assigned by the company Fluid Power customer accounts management 1 Understand the customer business, market positioning and needs 2 Offer uniques perspective by delivering insightful data, solutions or experiences to customers that helps them better compete in their own end-market 3 Look continuously to identify new needs and business opportunities, take the initiative to establish new relationship 4 Travel to visit existing, new customers and prospects 5 Record and maintain customer contact data throught CRM usage (face to face meeting, calls, emails,…) 6 Define and execute specific sales plan, strategy and following-up for the key customer accounts 7 Exchange information, request support and guidance to others GGB colleagues in charge of the same global customers on the defined territory 8 Maintain existing , and establish new, relationships with customers Fluid Power China business strategy 1 Identify new trends of the customers market 2 Propose business development strategy on yearly basis 3 Drive the consolidated Fluid Power strategy in China 4 Acquire the knowledge and follow the activities of the competitors in the defined territory 5 Adapt sales messaging to the strategy and maturity of the perspective customer and tailor the communications to multiple customer stakeholders 6 Analise the market in depth, put effort in positioning products and effective sales activities Communication and relationship between customers and GGB services 1 Inform about the business and customer activity on weekly basis 2 Provide the customer sales forecast on monthly basis 3 Plan, coordinate and assist to Fluid Power customers visits in relation with others GGB services (SQ, Ops, CS,…) 4 Ensure of the good communication to customer about the their complains 5 Co-ordinate sales project, work closely with the Aes to define the best price vs. Technical proposal to customer 6 Support marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events Administrative tasks and personal development 1 Provide the business travel expenses on regular basis 2 Propose a personal development plan to the management 3 Request proactively coaching session with colleagues and managers 4 Embrace and practive the Art and Science of Selling with full usage of CRM, territory and key account management 5 Have the basic technical knowledge of GGB products in order to provide the pre-sales technical assistance Requirement: Must have 1 3 to 5 year experience in direct/solution sales experience in fluid power gear pump or A/C compressor related industry 2 Good understanding of fluid power pump and motor or air conditioning compressors applications 3 Business sense and proven sales performance 4 Command on english (both reading and writing) 5 Good communication and negotiation skill 6 CRM usage 7 High commercial school or engineer degree Nice to have 1 Previous experience in technical environment 2 Plain bearing experience and/or knowledge 3 Project leader experience 4 Direct or indirect managerial experience
