岗位要求
Ÿ1. Develop new customers in automotive, truck/trailer and general industry covering OEM and aftermarket in China/Asia. 开发中国/亚洲区新客户,覆盖汽车、卡车/拖车等领域的主机和售后市场。 2. Develop, maintain and improve business relationship with existing customers, keep track of customers’ business trend and financial situation. 开发并维护现有客户,跟踪了解客户商业动向和财务状况。 Ÿ3. Implement sales plan and develop sales pipeline to achieve the business targets in accordance with GBC’s overall target. 执行销售计划,根据GBC销售总体目标完成业务指标。 Ÿ4. Establish effective communication and strong collaboration with factories and other GBC Sales regions in USA, Brazil and Europe to secure the global interest for GBC. 与工厂和GBC在美国,巴西和欧洲的销售区域建立有效的沟通与协调来保证GBC全球利益。 5. Manage daily sales & logistics activities, and ensure that sales revenue, profits, accounts receivables and inventory are meeting the Company’s requirements. 安排客户业务的日常销售/物流工作,确保销售额、利润、应收账款和库存达到公司要求。 Ÿ6. Collect market intelligence proactively to monitor competitors and market development to determine business opportunities and to recommend new way of doing business. 积极主动地收集市场资讯监控竞争者和市场的发展情况确定商业机会并对业务开展提出新建议。 Ÿ7. Participate in exhibition to promote Company business. 参加展会,推广公司业务。 Ÿ8. Responsible for maintaining QAD system with updated purchasing, sales and inventory information. 负责QAD系统日常采购、销售、存货信息的维护。 Ÿ9. Take on additional responsibilities that may be assigned by the Company from time to time. 配合公司需要,随时承担公司委派的其他任务。
