JOB SUMMARY Provides support in HR operation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Perform recruitment arrangement. Handle the sourcing, screening, interview arrangement. Administrate training coordination, collect and record result etc. Handle new employee registration, orientation, and leaving formalities to ensure compliance with the respective procedures and policies, with complete records maintained. Responsible for employees’ attendance records, leave application and OT records. In charge of employee benefits such as birthday of employees, birthday gifts, etc. Conduct the coordination of orientation, such as course arrangement, trainer confirmation, etc. Other tasks assigned by manager REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS University student in HR, administration or related majors Effective communication and patient attitude Detail oriented Good command of English and Chinese
